Judith is the Managing Director of YouEvolve GmbH and has over 20 years of experience in leading organizational development roles in multinational organizations across the insurance and financial industry as well as in retail in Europe and the Asia Pacific region. Judith has a broad international experience in human resources development, training, coaching and recruiting. During this period Judith has established a wide variety of professional relationships, some of which are now strategic partnerships of YouEvolve.
Judith’s ability to quickly understand business needs and dynamics and the capability to facilitate strategic conversations allows her to co-design and tailor initiatives that address strategically relevant topics in an effective and efficient manner.

Judith was born in Germany, grew up in Italy, graduated in cultural economics at the University of Passau (Germany), worked in Europe and Asia, is based in Switzerland and has worked in six languages.

Judith is a PCC certified coach with the ICF and holds the Hogan MBTI and Personal Resilience Profile certification.

Alessandro Guerreri

Alessandro is an executive coach and facilitator with over 20 years of international leadership experience across Ireland, Switzerland, and Australia. He draws on a strong corporate background -including a decade at executive level and a role as Managing Director of MSC Cruises Australasia – to bring real-world insight and credibility to his work with leaders, managers, and teams.
His coaching and facilitation style is practical, experiential, and grounded in emotional intelligence. Alessandro helps clients navigate complexity, lead with intention, and unlock the potential of their teams by creating safe, focused spaces for reflection, learning, and action. His work blends strategic thinking with a deeply human approach – anchored in presence, trust, and clarity.

A PCC-certified coach with the ICF, Alessandro holds an MBA, a degree in International Law, and advanced certifications in Team Coaching and Mindfulness-Based Emotional Intelligence.

She supports teams of executives in leading their organisations toward sustainable long-term success by mastering the craft of change — levelling up their leadership skills and deploying systemic, innovative, participatory leadership approaches in building and executing strategies to navigate complexity, uncertainty, and change.

Gina Paigen, PCC, CPCC, CNTC, CDE® is an executive coach, consultant, facilitator, diversity professional, and strategist; focused on guiding individuals, teams, and organizations to accelerate leadership, build high-performing teams, create inclusive and equitable cultures, and infuse creativity and innovation into the organizational DNA.

Gina has worked across industries, in for-profit, government, and non-profit, and from high-tech, biotech and academia, to agriculture and construction. She has coached individuals at all levels, from C-Suite executives, to emerging leaders, and she has been called on to consult with corporate teams, boards of directors, entrepreneurs, NGOs and non-profits.

Gina holds multiple coaching certifications, including one in neuroscience and coaching and she is a Certified Diversity Executive.® Gina is certified in a range of leadership and psychometric assessments, she has trained in the field of creative studies, and she is a dynamic presenter and a TEDx speaker.

Margherita Masserini

Margherita is a Senior Consultant with over 20 years of international experience in assessment, leadership development, facilitation and training.

She has worked in both consultancy and in-house HR roles within large multinational companies, developing a deep understanding of organisations, their decision-making processes and cultural dynamics. She operates between Italy and Greece and works with clients across various sectors — Manufacturing, Finance, FMCG, Luxury — supporting leaders and teams through assessment, growth, transformation and skills enhancement programmes.

Her experience includes designing corporate Learning Centres, defining people strategies and integrating people processes within complex and matrix-based structures. She is also involved in cross-cultural projects and in individual and team coaching.

A psychologist by training, with specialisations in Italy, Finland, Spain, the UK and Germany, Margherita is certified in various assessment and development tools (Hogan, DISC, CWQ) and works in Italian and English.

Mark has been a communication and leadership trainer for 30 years and has formed long-standing relationships with global clients in the public and private sectors.

As a trainer, Mark provides practical tools and methods that can be applied in the workplace, bringing immediate benefit and sustainable value. He specialises in communication and presentation skills, cross-cultural collaboration and lateral leadership.

As a facilitator, Mark has guided teams effectively through challenging change processes and post-merger integration projects, providing customised team development and transition workshops. He helps newly formed teams to establish trust and boost motivation and performance.

Mark appears as a keynote speaker on subjects such as Lateral Leadership, Positivity and Managing Diversity.

Born in Brighton, UK, Mark worked in France for several years, before moving to his present home in Munich.
