Judith is the Managing Director of YouEvolve GmbH and has over 20 years of experience in leading organisational development roles in multinational organisations across the insurance and financial industry as well as in retail in Europe and the Asia Pacific region. Judith has a broad international experience in human resources development, training, coaching and recruiting. During this period Judith has established a wide variety of professional relationships, some of which are now strategic partnerships of YouEvolve.
Judith’s ability to quickly understand business needs and dynamics and the capability to facilitate strategic conversations allows her to co-design and tailor initiatives that address strategically relevant topics in an effective and efficient manner.
Judith was born in Germany, grew up in Italy, graduated in cultural economics at the University of Passau (Germany), worked in Europe and Asia, is based in Switzerland and has worked in six languages.
