Leading Remotely

As leaders we are used to managing our people by meeting them in person and having them on hand. But how do we manage people and our teams effectively if, as in this day and age, we don't see them as often? How do we make sure that team goals are achieved with everyone's input?


During this workshop, we will address how to:
  • Establish and share team priorities and each team member’s contribution
  • Apply rigor in organizing planning and establishing priorities
  • Share clear expectations and goals for remote work
  • Manage people’s performance and denote regular communication patterns


This is a very practical and interactive workshop where participants are given tools they can use to manage their distributed teams more effectively.
