Judith Eberl

Judith is the Managing Director of YouEvolve GmbH and has over 20 years of experience in leading organizational development roles in multinational organizations across the insurance and financial industry as well as in retail in Europe and the Asia Pacific region. Judith has a broad international experience in human resources development, training, coaching and recruiting. During this period Judith has established a wide variety of professional relationships, some of which are now strategic partnerships of YouEvolve.

Judith’s ability to quickly understand business needs and dynamics and the capability to facilitate strategic conversations allows her to co-design and tailor initiatives that address strategically relevant topics in an effective and efficient manner.

Judith was born in Germany, grew up in Italy, graduated in cultural economics at the University of Passau (Germany), worked in Europe and Asia, is based in Switzerland and has worked in six languages.

Judith is a PCC certified coachg with the ICF and holds the Hogan MBTI and Personal Resilience Profile certification.

Alessandro Guerreri

Senior Coach and Facilitator

Alessandro is an executive coach and facilitator with over 20 years of international leadership experience across Ireland, Switzerland, and Australia. He draws on a strong corporate background - including a decade at executive level and a role as Managing Director of MSC Cruises Australasia - to bring real-world insight and credibility to his work with leaders, managers, and teams.

His coaching and facilitation style is practical, experiential, and grounded in emotional intelligence. Alessandro helps clients navigate complexity, lead with intention, and unlock the potential of their teams by creating safe, focused spaces for reflection, learning, and action. His work blends strategic thinking with a deeply human approach - anchored in presence, trust, and clarity.

A PCC-certified coach with the ICF, Alessandro holds an MBA, a degree in International Law, and advanced certifications in Team Coaching and Mindfulness-Based Emotional Intelligence. Based in Rome, he works in both English and Italian - and enjoys sailing and skiing when he's offline.

Adrijana Strnad

Adrijana, PCC, CPF has been working as a change catalyst, coach, trainer and facilitator for more than 20 years now, coming to the field of professional facilitation after 15 years corporate management experience, working globally, across industries (ICT, FMCG, Banking and insurance, pharma, consulting, automotive... ).

Expertise in complexity and systemic transformation / strategy and participatory leadership in large scale change and transition as context.

She supports teams of executives in leading their organisations toward sustainable long-term success by mastering the craft of change — levelling up their leadership skills and deploying systemic, innovative, participatory leadership approaches in building and executing strategies to navigate complexity, uncertainty, and change.

Specialties: using art, action learning processess and associative tools/techniques in catalysing strategic insight and fostering leadership effectiveness.

Tihana Strnad

Marketing

Tihana is in charge of marketing strategy, social media management, content creation and copywriting. Outside of marketing, she is passionate about sustainability, photography, event coordination and continuous learning.

Marta Grossi

Branding

Marta is resposible for the visual identity and branding. She is a multidisciplinary art director and an Italian artist. Her work blends visual identity, advertising, illustration and digital art – creating communication strategies and emotional narratives.

Gianmarco Torrente

Finance

Gianmarco is responsible for financial management and supports the development of sustainable strategies. He is a certified commercial trustee in Switzerland with over 30 years of experience in business and financial consulting.
